iStock_jobsJob tip #4.

Recently we asked you to tell us about some of your favorite job hunting tips over on SnagAJob.com. We got some great tips from people just like you and wanted to share some of our favorites.

Do your homework. When you sit down to look for a job have all the info in front of you. Then check out the web page or any other info you can get on the job site and the job in particular. Then make your notes and have them in a file with all your info (i.e. references, names, phone numbers, dates, updated resume). When you are called for an interview, have your notes ready. Also have key words written down that help you think under pressure. Have a note pad and pen too. Show them you want to work for them and you know what you are doing too! - Karen M.
