Recently we asked you to tell us about some of your favorite job hunting tips over on SnagAJob.com. We got some great tips from people just like you and wanted to share some of our favorites.

This tip has worked for me in the past on about 90% of jobs I’ve applied for. The tip is: give the company a call after 3 business days of applying. It’s that simple. Call them and ask about the status of your application and if you can set up an interview. I’ve been hired from this tip when they weren’t going to hire me. – Jayme R.
