Engineering Intern, SnagAJob.com
Location: Richmond, Virginia
SnagAJob is seeking an Engineering Intern to ensure quality for one of the largest and fastest growing job boards in the country. The right candidate is energetic, self-motivated, highly organized, and enjoys being a key contributor in an entrepreneurial environment.
The internship runs for 3 months and must commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week. We are flexible on days/hours and will work with your class schedule. The internship pays $12/hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist with 1st level help desk support and end user support
- Manage help desk tickets
- Set up computers as requested
- Set up systems and accounts
- Reset passwords as requested
- Troubleshoot issues as needed
- Assist with administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Strong initiative and work ethic
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to be a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Junior or senior in college
- Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology
