Working momsIt’s fact that moms work. A lot of moms work. (Yes, dads, we know that you work, too. Quit trying to steal the spotlight and we’ll get to you later.)

In fact, according to an ABC News “Good Morning America”/Good Housekeeping poll, 60 percent of moms with kids under 18 years of age are also out there collecting paychecks.

But that statistic only tells half the story. A recent survey by the Pew Research Center found that 60 percent of these working moms prefer part-time work to full-time employment. Just 10 years ago, that stat was only 48 percent.
